The Classic Washed process is one of the oldest and most honest ways to prepare a coffee for the cup. The cherry is removed at harvest, the mucilage washed clean, and the bean dried with precision. No fermentation influence, no fruit skin adding sweetness after the fact. The result is a cup that reflects exactly where the coffee was grown and how carefully it was handled.
