Stockholm Roasters Co. is a Kolhapur-based specialty coffee roaster founded by Soham, who developed a passion for coffee while living in Sweden and returned to India determined to bring quality roasting to the domestic market. The roastery sources single-origin beans from estates across India's Western Ghats — including farms in Karnataka — and roasts in small batches to order. Their range spans light-medium naturals, washed medium roasts, and dark roasts, all with traceable farm-level provenance.
