Santé – Wine Barrel Aged Coffee

After the enthusiastic response to our whiskey and rum barrel-aged coffees, it was only a matter of time before another barrel entered the picture. Santé explores what happens when coffee meets the lingering character of wine—where vinous aromatics, fruit and oak become part of the coffee rather than simply flavours we associate with it. In the cup, Shiraz-like aromas lead into raspberry jam and peach, with rich sweetness and a bright, balanced finish. It’s unconventional, unmistakably barrel-aged, and made for those who enjoy discovering coffee outside its usual boundaries.
