ICB Fortnight 6 · 16 May 2026
Quieter on the catalogue, louder in the community.
Hello,
This is Issue 6. A quiet fortnight on additions — one new roaster (Shodh Coffee, Surat) and no new coffees — but the platform crossed 192 community ratings, with nine added in the last two weeks alone.
The bigger story is sitting on r/IndiaCoffee, where the community crowd-sourced a roaster tier list and Kāpi Kottai landed at the top. We've pulled the thread in below — and we'd like your ranking on ICB too.
Also new this fortnight: a Communities page — one index for the WhatsApp, Reddit, and Discord groups around Indian specialty coffee. Reply if anything catches your attention.

|
El Bueno Coffee — "Only the Good" — is a New Delhi brand founded by Manvi Gupta and Ketan Kamra, sourcing directly from Indian estates and roasting in small batches. Manvi leads product and sensory development; Ketan runs strategy and operations — a pairing built to keep quality central as the brand scales.
