Varietals are Selection 9 and Catimore. Process: Lactic Fermentation Natural. Producer: P.K. Ramachandran. Harvest year: 2023-24. 100% Arabica. Fermentation duration 110 hours. The coffee undergoes a specialized lactic fermentation with controlled anaerobic conditions and lactobacillus bacteria, followed by slow drying and careful post-drying resting and hulling.
