Baba’s Beans was founded in 2013 by Mrinal Sharma and Sadhavi Ashwani and is named after Baba Budan, the Sufi saint who introduced coffee to India. The roastery sources premium beans from estates in Coorg and Chikmagalur and crafts blends to suit different palates. The founders trained at the Coffee Board of India and provide customised blends for both retail and wholesale clients. They plan to open kiosks and workshops to engage customers and keep the art of Indian coffee alive
