This natural process coffee uses hand-picked cherries fermented with rose petals and slow-dried on raised beds for up to 30 days. Roasted by Baninder Kochar for a clean, balanced cup with delicate exotic florals and a long, lingering aftertaste. Tasting notes include haw flakes, plum blossom, persimmon, and mango.
