Nestled in the cool, picturesque hills of Nelliyampathy, this estate is located within the majestic Sahyadri mountain range, renowned for its rich biodiversity and recognized as one of the world’s biodiversity hotspots by the IUCN. The Nelliyampathy region, just 65 km from Palakkad, boasts fertile valleys lined with tea, coffee, cardamom, and other plantations that thrive in its ideal climate, characterized by annual rainfall of around 4000 mm and temperatures ranging from 14°C to 30°C. Seethargundu Estate stands out not only for its high-quality coffee but also for its breathtaking views of the valley, offering visitors an unforgettable panorama.
