This microlot was created by removing the outer skin of ripe cherries while keeping the golden mucilage intact, followed by natural fermentation for 48 hours and slow drying under shed for 21 days. The coffee is a honey sundried process from Koraput, Odisha with varietal S5B and a medium roast. Cupping notes include chocolate, brown sugar, and strawberry.
