High Grown Espresso #2 SERIES - ROASTERS ART | Fully washed Arabica from Attikan Estate, Punajur State Forest, Karnataka. Fermented and washed with spring water before sun drying on raised beds for 18 days. Roast profile: Medium-dark with a low charge temperature and extended Maillard phase dropped at 216°C. Flavor notes include hazelnuts, milk chocolate, marshmallow with a hint of blueberry finish. Suitable for all brew methods with a round body and soft acidity, medium-heavy body. Minimum resting period for espresso 21 days, filter 7 days.
