Coffee Mechanics began as a passion project for Ganga Prabhakar and her husband to make quality coffee accessible and ensure sustainable farming. Starting with a small Taiwanese roaster in their home and later moving to a garage, they experimented with roasting and grew into a farm‑to‑cup business.
