Elevation: 1150 MASL Variety: Chandragiri Processing: Washed Fermentation: Anaerobic Yeast Roast: Light Producers: Sharan and Ishwar Gowda Tasting notes: Peaches, White Chocolate, Butterscotch This washed process went through an Anaerobic yeast Fermentation before pulping, and then the coffee was washed thoroughly to remove the mucilage. With notes of Peaches, White Chocolate and rich butterscotch, this is a unique coffee that is sweet, complex and with a rounded acidity, but clear flavours in the cup. The coffee is a real joy to brew and is quite forgiving as well.
