Is it more data, more knowledge, better infrastructure, just more experience? We're not sure, and honestly, as long as they're producing coffees like these we're just happy that we get to have them with us. Their honey processed lots have been some of our favourites over the last few years, and this year their Yellow honey went through an Anaerobic Fermentation before pulping won our hearts again. With notes of fresh and bright tropical fruits, Milk Chocolate, and Hazelnuts, this yellow honey is balanced, with a rich chocolaty finish despite the lighter roast. The coffee is a real joy to brew and is quite forgiving as well. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do.
